This is just CSS in a custom theme.

Try googling "horizontal layouts css", there are plenty of tutorials.
In the meantime, I will try to find the time to make a nice horizontal theme...

    Yay! Sounds great! :)
If you're (like me) not a badass coder, it's fairly difficult to look a geeky code side, and implement it into a CMS such as Secretary...

    hi mikael,

Any headway on the horizontal theme yet?

I did try building the theme, but the best i coudl amnage was with the a large fixed width length. This makes the website formatting completely painful as the number pictures in each of my project isnt same and alos the picture sizes are of varying length.

I studied the website emil.lyngbo refers to ( http://elinasimonen.com) and realise that the user has coded the "view.php" file to some how display the list of pictures in horizontal fashion.

Can you please help! A horizontal theme could really help in completing my website.

That site is using javascript to determine the width of the content area based on the size of the images on the page, and then uses CSS to float the images so that they show up side by side.

No progress on the theme, haven't had the time for any development lately, unfortunately.

    Hey Mikael,

I have been try to fit the horizontal scroll with jscripts, but to no luck yet.. i came across this beautiful theme "expositio" for wordpress and have been exploring the workings of it. They have used a tabular method to get the horizontal list.
Need your help to have a look at this and help creating a plug-in for Secretary..
    Pls mate!! :)
