After search all the forum and help pages without any luck I start this thread.
I can't figure how to setup Secretary to show an special Error page each time the visitor arrives to a non existent page.
My site uses clean URLs. That's fine.
I've created a page called layout_404.php inside my Theme

<?php include_once "header.php"; ?>
<?php echo pageText( "404" ); ?>
<?php include_once "footer.php"; ?>

also I created a 404 page inside Pages > Manage
with some text like "Error 404 - Page not found"
but I'm stuck right there... what's next?

Thanks in advance!

    You can download the 404 plugin at:

    • Put the file in your ../system/plugins folder.
    • Then create a layout_404.php file in your theme's main folder with whatever content you want.
