Can't find any discussions on this because it probably shouldn't happen. I haven't logged in to update my site in a long time so managed to misplace my password and I can't find any support protocol for password retrieval.

Thank you for any suggestions.

Download the new password generator here: http://thesecretary.org/download.php?get=newpassword.zip

    • Upload it to the folder where you have installed Secretary. It should be in the same folder as the files login.php and logout.php.
    • Then, just visit the page (yourwebsite.com/cms/newpass.php for example). It will reset your password and show it on the screen - copy the new password and then go to the login page and paste it in the password field. -Make sure to go to General Settings and set it to something you will remember, and most importantly, delete the newpass.php file when you are finished! It can pose a security risk if you leave it there.
