While the secretary is exactly what I was looking for, it doesn't seem to support foreign characters, like Turkish (Ş,İ,Ğ,Ü, etc.). Is there any way to make this happen?

    It should as the database is UTF-8 encoded, as well as the pages it generates. Can you post a link to your site?

    Thanks for the reply Mikael..

    Yes the database is UTF-8 encoded but I still cannot save articles with Turkish characters..

    The site is on my local server, not live yet.. I'm attaching a screenshot of the problem, plus another screenshot from database structure..

    Thanks in advance.

    I just tested out those characters on my own page and it worked fine.

    Make sure you have this line in your the head of your theme code:

    <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"/>

    Greetings.I have a problem with the Russian language. Plain text is displayed normally, but the links do not specify the encoding.UTF-8 is registered.

    I had a same problem, solved it by changing utf8 to latin1 in the file: /cms/system/assistants/clerk.php,
    in these strings:
    187 mysql_query( "SET NAMES 'latin1'", $this->link );
    188 mysql_query( "SET CHARACTER SET latin1", $this->link );
