I've been trying to install secretary, but I always get the message: "Uh-oh! A test connection to your database could not be made. Double check your info." at http://mydomian/secretary/install.php. I've contacted the host for all the details (and they say it should work fine with all the details I have), i've tried every possible combination of host, database name, database user and database password and always get teh same message. Is there anything else I can do/test?

If the details are correct, the system should be able to make a connection. Are all permissions correct as well?
    What host?
