Hi there,

I want to have some text display only during the first image of the slideshow, so when someone clicks next/prev to see another image, the text will disappear (and come back if the slideshow returns to the first).

Can I put some extra code into actions.js, or do I need to edit jquery.cycle.js within the system folder to do this?

I couldn't work out which was the variable for the image number in the slideshow, but I assume it should be something like this:

 if (first == true) {
        $('.textblock').css('display', 'none');
    } else {
        $('.textblock').css('display', 'block');

    You can add a title and caption to individual images. Put your mouse over the image and then over the "Edit" tab that pops out underneath - click "Edit Details".

    So just add that text to the first image only and you should get what you're trying to do.

    Thanks Mikael, although it's a fuller project description that I want to display, not just a caption.
